The mission of the department is to cultivate English professionals with competitiveness, excellent communication skills, and international perspectives.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Striving to enhance learning ability, the Department of Applied English aims to nurture students to be competent in English with a special focus on skills applications in professional areas through a variety of courses. The night program of Applied English Graduate School was established in 2008. Our goal is to train TESOL and ESP professionals in research and practice, with the following objectives.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><li>To pursue excellence in academic quality, teaching and research are both our top priorities.
