Phase 1:<\/strong>\u00a0NT$2,000<br \/>\nTo qualify for the reward, students must complete\u00a0<strong>both<\/strong>\u00a0of the following procedures:<br \/>\n(1) Submit the application through the university\u2019s eForm system.<br \/>\n(2) Submit an application for the \u201cCollege Student Research Project\u201d through the NSTC online system.<br \/>\nFailure to complete either requirement will result in ineligibility for the reward.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Phase 2:<\/strong>\u00a0NT$4,000 and a certificate of achievement<br \/>\nThe reward will be granted based on the list of approved projects announced by the NSTC.<br \/>\nIf the project is cancelled or terminated, the reward must be returned.<br \/>\nIf the Phase 1 application was not properly completed, the Phase 2 reward will be reduced by half.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the \u201cMing Chuan University Regulations for Incentives for NSTC University Student Research Grants\u201d were revised and passed at the 2nd Higher Education Sprout Project Committee Meeting on October 23, 2025.
