February 1, 2024, and passing listed scores may be eligible for the award.
*Test dates for freshmen enrolled in the Fall 2024 semester must be after August 1, 2024

1. The original and a copy of the transcript (The original document will be returned to you right after verification of its authenticity.)
2. International students: please have a double-sided copy of your ARC, passport, and student ID with you ready for application.
3. Local students: please have the original and a copy of the transcript.
