The application deadline for the 2025 NSTC Undergraduate Research Project eForm (application link: https://eform.mcu.edu.tw/node/4072) has been extended to 12:00 noon on December 1, 2025 (Monday). We would greatly appreciate your help in informing students and encouraging them to apply.
【Reward Grant Instructions】
1. Phase 1: NT$2,000
To qualify for the reward, students must complete both of the following procedures:
(1) Submit the application through the university’s eForm system.
(2) Submit an application for the “College Student Research Project” through the NSTC online system.
Failure to complete either requirement will result in ineligibility for the reward.
2. Phase 2: NT$4,000 and a certificate of achievement
The reward will be granted based on the list of approved projects announced by the NSTC.
If the project is cancelled or terminated, the reward must be returned.
If the Phase 1 application was not properly completed, the Phase 2 reward will be reduced by half.
In addition, the “Ming Chuan University Regulations for Incentives for NSTC University Student Research Grants” were revised and passed at the 2nd Higher Education Sprout Project Committee Meeting on October 23, 2025. Please find the revised regulations attached for your reference.
