Ming Chuan University – International Degree Programs
Ming Chuan University (MCU) is the first university in Asia accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE), having received accreditation in 2010.
Currently, MCU enrolls over 2,300 international degree-seeking students from more than 50 countries worldwide, creating a diverse and global learning environment.
Established in 2001, the International College is the first college in Taiwan to offer degree programs taught entirely in English.

Applicants must meet one of the following internationally recognized English proficiency requirements and submit a valid certificate:
